Coffee Chat

Sunday Coffee Chat is a relaxed online Zoom gathering hosted by Vallhalla Project Niagara, designed for veterans and first responders to connect, unwind, and share in a supportive community. Unlike formal programs such as Oath Takers, this weekly virtual meetup offers a casual space to talk about life, reflect on the week, and enjoy meaningful conversation while cooking breakfast, tidying up, or simply relaxing at home. It’s a simple yet powerful way to build connection, strengthen mental well-being, and remind participants that they’re never alone in their journey.

Service Dog Walk & Breakfast

PTSD often leads to isolation, which is why Valhalla Project Niagara’s Tuesday Morning Service Dog Walk and Breakfast was created to bring veterans and first responders together in a supportive, social environment. This weekly program encourages participants to connect, share conversation, and enjoy the benefits of companionship both human and canine while walking with service dogs and gathering for breakfast afterward. Even if you do not have a service dog, you are warmly invited to join, meet others, and experience the healing power of community, routine, and friendship.

Oath Takers

The foundational program of Valhalla Project Niagara is Oath Takers, held on Wednesday nights. This supportive group brings together veterans and first responders to share about their week, connect with others who understand their experiences, and close each session with a moment of gratitude. The program helps reduce feelings of isolation, encourages open communication, and promotes emotional healing for those living with PTSD. Oath Takers is also available online every Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.
